A friend of mine is fully recovered now, but she reminds me all the time what a struggle she had, not only with cancer, but also with her
medical insurance. She made it though, and now she wears her purple boots over her
ankle braces, a side affect of her illness. She is an avid golf fan and bought…

Coursework writing is really not a peanut as I took it in the beginning when I was assigned a college coursework. It was really tough to find coursework help, even online coursework help. But you know internet is a magical world, sooner or later you come to the right place. So did I when I started searching online coursework help. But it took a lot of time of mine to find the exact material for writing my college coursework.
It is very essential to have the correct guidelines for writing…

There will come a time in most students' careers when they are assigned a
research paper. Such an assignment often creates a great deal of unneeded anxiety in the student, which may result in procrastination and a feeling of confusion and inadequacy. This anxiety frequently stems from the fact that many students are unfamiliar and inexperienced with this genre of writing. Never fear—inexperience and unfamiliarity are situations you can…

Hi All
What a FUN day!! First time doing this fundraiser and thoroughly enjoyed it. Organized a morning tea at a local cafe who kindly donated cupcakes with purple bras on them for my guests.
Our school had a 'Wine Drive' fundraiser that night, so went along wearing my bra, only to find others in my school community wearing them too!!
So many parents of our school community came up to me and thanked me for giving them an insight of what the BCFWA does for patients and families. It has given the…

Hi there
Its been 10 days since I had my surgery - local wide excision and removal of all lymph's. I had the drain removed after a couple of days because it had blocked and this released 40ml of fluid within the immediate couple of hours following but nothing since.
My breast seems to have filled up again and my armpit is very sore - I keep being told this is normal!
Can anyone advise - will my body regulate this fluid naturally over the coming days or should I consider further drainage?
What ha…

Although I live in the United States Breast Cancer Awareness is something very dear to my heart. My BF Karyn was found to have breast cancer shortly after we first met in 1980 and has had several surgeries since then. Double mastectomy and implants, implants gone awry, etc... You all know stories like that. Her mother also suffered the same horrible disease and results.
Here in America, we have the Susan G. Komen foundation for Breast Cancer which sponsors several walks around the country for b…

Well......My journey started end of September 2008, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34 years. I had a mastectomy to the left breast and 10 lymphnodes removed. The pathology report indicated my tumor was 17cm large, but the abnormalities in my lymphnodes were clear.
I have undergone physio on my arm, finished 6 cycles of chemotherapy (Yaaahhh!!) and now on my last 3 treatments of radiation. I have started hormonal treatment (Tamoxifen). So far, all ok. I knew absolutely NOTH…

What an amazing weekend was had by all at the annual BOXX scrapping retreat in Augusta, Western Australia! Was so proud to see other gals there with their purple boots and also to hear the story of so many more wonderful women out there across Oz wearing their purple boots proudly and spreading the word!
I am always taken aback by the wonderful spirit of women coming together and the amazing ability for people from all over the country to be thrown into a room and come out 3 days later as life…
