BCFWA Breast iQ October 2009 Promotion Terms & Conditions

* Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.

2. The promotion is open to all of the public who reside in Australia and who have completed the Purple Boot Brigade's "Breast IQ" online quiz by midnight EST, 31st October 2009.To complete the quiz visit www.purpleboots.com.au .

3. For the promotion, all entrants agree to receive email notifications relevant to final draw prize winners and relevant feedback regarding the "Breast IQ" results.

4. For the promotion, entrants can elect to subscribe to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) newsletter emailing list.

5. Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) will collate all entrants' details that are eligible for the draw and will use an independent, random number generation system (www.mathgoodies.com/calculators/random_no_custom) to draw participant entry numbers to decide upon final draw winners.

6. The promotion commences on October 1, 2009 and closes midnight EST on the 31st October 2009.

7. Prize Draws

7.1. The prize draws will take place in Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA), 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth, Western Australia 6005 on Friday 6th November 2009 at 2.00pm EST. The prize draw winners will be notified by email and published on the Purple Boot Brigade website, www.purpleboots.com.au , immediately following the draw on 6th November 2009 and the first prize winner will be listed in The Australian on Wednesday November 11, 2009. All entrants will receive a final email notification of prize winners.

7.2 First prize is a “Purple Photography Pack” which consists of a purple Nikon S220 digital camera, SD memory card, camera case and a purple digital photo frame. (Valued at $320)

7.3 Second Prize is an “iPod Pack” which consists of a purple 8 gigabyte Apple iPod Nano and a $50 iTunes voucher. (Valued at $250)

7.4 Other prizes include 5 x purple digital photo frames and 5 x purple GHD hair care travel kits. (Total value of all other prizes is $750)

7.5 The maximum total prize value is $1,320.

7.6 Winners to provide street address details for courier delivery of prizes or can be collected at Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia (BCFWA), 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth, Western Australia 6005.

7.7 The prizes do not include postage insurance or any other associated costs of a personal nature not already stated.

8. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the promoter.

10. The promoter is Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA), ABN 77221 238 430 and DGR 900 496 628, 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth Western Australia 6005. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

11. The promoter (Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc) shall not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize.

12. Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) reserves the right to use the winner's name's & photographs for publicity and may be used for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes by the promoters.

13. Staff of Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) and their families are not eligible to win any prizes.

14. To provide each entrant with this competition, the promoter (Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA)) needs to collect personal information about each entrant and obtain each entrant's agreement in relation to handling personal information. If you do not provide the information requested you will not be entered into the competition. By entering the competition you consent to the information you submit with your entry being entered into a database for the administration of the competition and used by the promoter for marketing purposes if elected to do so (Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc) (BCFWA). You may gain access to your personal details and request that such personal details be updated if they change in the future by writing to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) at info@breastcancer.org.au. You can unsubscribe from marketing communication at anytime.

15. All prizes will be drawn at: Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth Western Australia 6005.

16. If any of the prizes are unclaimed, a redraw will take place on the Tuesday February 9, 2010 at 2pm EST at: Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc (BCFWA) 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth Western Australia 6005.
