Chandaleirs on Abbey - Yallingup Event, South-West

Special Event - Friday 17th October 2008

What a wonderful day organised by my good friend Jode Parry - an amazing luncheon in the grounds of her Chandaleirs retreat in WA's South-West.

A delightful afternoon was enjoyed by over 300 women (and a few brave men!) from across the region as they dug deep to raise awareness and much needed funds to support those women and families affected by breast cancer. The total funds raised is still being calculated but I know it was a tremendous day for us all!

It was also a great day for the Purple Boot Brigade with a great display and over 30 pairs purchased on the day!

My heartfelt thanks to Jode, her team of local volunteers, Shaun McManus for being MC, the sponsors who provided catering and auction/raffle prizes and the 300+ locals who supported the event!
