 tnest Channel Swim on 20th February 2010 to raise much needed funds fo
 r West Australians touched by breast cancer.\n\nThe 19.7km race depart
 s from Cottesloe Beach and finishes at Thomson Bay, Rottnest Island. I
 t is anticipated that there will be over 2000 swimmers plus support cr
 ews and spectators involved with the event.\n\nParticipants can choose
  to swim for a nominated charity - a big thanks to Nazli Gwynn who is 
 taking on the Rottnest Channel Swim solo and also to the 4 person team
 , the \"Breast Strokers\" , led by John Philp who are joining forces t

 as had friends affected by breast cancer, and really wants to swim for
  a good cause. Her support crew and paddler will each be wearing a pur

 zli along.\n\nNazli is hoping to raise as much money as she can - $1 p
 er stroke would be fantastic! She will certainly be doing a lot of str
